When attempting to sign on to fancast.com, Firefox directs me to "sso.fancast.com" and the tab is blank. How do I get signed on to fancast.com?

While signed on to comcast.net, until the last week I was able to access fancast.com without an additional sign-on. I believe fancast was recently upgraded and now a separate fancast sign on is required. However, when I click "sign on" in fancast, I get a tab with the url "sso.fancast.com/" and the tab is blank - no place to enter a username or password.

How do I disable the requirement to use "sso" or "secure sign-on" for fancast.com?
