I accidentally removed the toolbar (where view, history bkmarks, etc. are) how do I put it back?

I am setting up Firefox on my new computer and I don't know exactly what I did, but I removed the toolbar.. So I don't have Tools, Help, Bookmarks, or any of those. I need to replace it. How do I do that?

Every time Firefox opened

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
