I am trying to put a new http proxy but it wont let me put the port.i cant dlete the zero on it and type any nymbers what shall i do please help

Hi well i want to put a new http proxy in connection settings but it want let me put any number on its port. I have done it in other computers but this one wont let me. If you know any solution please help thank you
