Problem with Work Offline feature, "File Not Found"

I have a problem with my Work Offline feature of my Mozilla firefox. When i click work offline and i refresh a webpage i should receive a your in work offline mode error, but instead i receive a "FIle Not Found" i have reinstalled firefox twice now and everytime i work offline it says file not found.
