Thunderbird always storing emails on the laptop
How can I get Thunderbird to store all emails on my local laptop, in addition to leaving them on the google gmail on the google server, instead of only storing headers and having to go back to gmail. If I want to open an email thunderbird will often take considerable time to download the email (again) in order for me to read it. This takes considerable time, and Thunderbird is busy waiting....so I can't do anything else in the meantime. Thanks, Rick

Check 'synchronization&storage' to tick box to keep messages on PC. ALso, look at advanced button to tick the folders to download for offline use. Also check to sync all messages locally. My experience is that this works.
