Hi Kaviya, I haven't used web-based PowerPoint for many years, so I'm not sure how it works at the moment. A couple follow-up questions:

(1) is the problem with the built-in right-click context menu (hold Shift while right-clicking to make sure you get this menu), or is the site presenting a custom/scripted right-click context menu?

(2) Do you notice the issue with particular content types, such as text, image, or PowerPoint object?

(3) Were you able to use the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+C) because the first step is to select a particular element on the slide?

I just used a random template, highlighted text, right click to copy, but it then Firefox stopped responding. Even in Troubleshooting Mode with ETP off it still happens.

Something in the page's script isn't running the way the developers expected. Could be browser incompatibility or something Firefox blocked.
