I have two emails that are the same (one with (IMAP at the end). I need only one; how do I eliminate one? Also, I know that my password for that email is correct, but your server/system is not accepting it; what do I do in this case?

If you have two accounts setup for a single account, just click 'account settings', scroll down left side and highlight the account do delete. Slightly lower is a menu titled 'Account Actions' - click that and select to remove account. Tell us more about the password issue, such as the domain name of the account and your server settings - in detail. Thank you.

Thank you, I removed the second email (IMAP). As to the password for the remaining email, in the setup, I inputted the password that I knew was the right one from Outlook desktop settings; the message reads: Login to server imap.mail.com with a user name failed. I tried many times, but it is not accepting.

If this is a gmail account, my suggestion is to omit password. If account exists, I suggest removing it and starting over and do not enter password, even when it seems required. Once account is set up, Google will prompt you for password.
