  1. Right-click on your inbox
  2. Select "Search Messages"
  3. Select "Search subfolders" and "Match all of the following"
  4. If you want to search on the server rather than locally, select the according checkbox ("Run search on server")
  5. In the left dropdown, select "Date"
  6. In the center dropdown, select "is after"
  7. In the right input, type "7/31/2023" (or whatever corresponds to July 31 2023 in your locale)
  8. Click the plus sign at the far right, a new line appears
  9. In the left dropdown, select "Date"
  10. In the center dropdown, select "is before"
  11. In the right input, type "11/1/2023" (or whatever corresponds to November 1 2023 in your locale)
  12. Click the "Search" button in the right top corner
