I need to pass a pc scan on my new hp all in one desktop for a new job with Arise.com It allows me to use mozilla firefoc for my pc scan, I continue to fail. please help

Hi Lauren, does the scan use an add-on? Normally web pages can't trigger a scan of your computer, but maybe they can with an add-on.
If this is urgent, you might want to use the built-in Microsoft Edge browser for the site.
