How to stop Thunderbird from wrapping text in my sent emails?

When I'm sending mails through gmail - they are sent as seen. When I'm sending mails through Thunderbird - it's changing them after I click send. If I want my line to be broken - I'll break it myself. I don't want my emails to be narrow as Italian streets. Especially not silently in background, and I get to know this when someone replies with quote or I check sent mails manually.

There are guides for previous thunderbird versions, but not for Supernova.

Why would you be looking for a supernova guide? Email sending has remained essentially unchanged for around a decade. You might want to search settings for sending and change the Send format to both HTML and Text from the default conversion to plain text unless you add some styling.

Settings/General, Config. editor, change mailnews.wraplength to 0 (zero) to make composed plain text messages wrap to the window width, and see if that helps.
