I could not resolve the problem. All the articles were utterly confusing. Everything was working fine up until 31st October then I stopped receiving emails. I have been able to check emails on my tablet. I have various folders in Thunderbird and I don't want to lose them.

Also, what version of Thunderbird?

Is there any error message?

What is your anti-virus software?
