my connection to the internet drops and I receive a message that says "No Internet Connection". This happens frequently at home, and at work and has been going on for months. I will generally close Firefox and reopen, then it says that Firefox is still running and do I want to close and I click yes. I still have a good signal in every case. It mostly happens when I have my email open and another site, like banking, subschool, or doing some type of research. I use chrome for some apps, but I don't like using it but they don't work in Firefox, and I never get a crash notice. I have checked for updates for WIndows 10, ZoneAlarm, Firefox, and drivers and everything is up to date. Other than that I can't find any more information or posts on this. Please help Ronald Fisk

Thank you for your post. Unfortunately, this doesn't fix the problem. Yes I thought it was a router problem, modem, or even a dropped signal from my provider. I have checked services and everything is good. It happens no matter which service I'm using, Home, work, other secure providers. Recently, we even changed providers at home with a new router/modem combination and the problems still exists. I thought maybe it may be a setting that is causing the problem, but with the new programs, Windows 10, Firefox and ZoneAlarm, I can't find any setting that might be needed to be changed. When I use Chrome, which I don't like, I don't seem to have this problem. I'm not sure of any solution. ASUS Notebook Running Windows 10 SS Hard drive Intel I7 8550 U 8 mg ram. Thanks Again Ron

Does it still happen with ZoneAlarm disabled?
