I have realized I am flooded by alien bookmarks coming into the browser. I have never used any sync options and I made my account within the browser on this very day. I am not using firefox on any other devices and I am 100% sure these are not my bookmarks, they have 0 visits and they appear to be added at one moment. It appears that someone else's bookmarks had been loaded into my collection. I don't know where to look for the source and the Sync option only shows one connected device.

Change your password and see what happens after you log in.

If you do that while sync is on, you will lose all your data. Is the device you see not yours? Get out of sync and delete the unwanted bookmarks. Backup your profile.

You should change the password for your account after getting out of sync.

Why would I change a password I set for the first time yesterday? The bookmarks had appeared way befor while I didn't even have a firefox account/

I don't see any other device than mine . I have only added the device yesterday and only yesterday had I made the firefox account and activated any sync possibilities. I made the account yesterday - after the breach so it's password shouldn't had been known since I only set up the account yesterday. Is there any other way to check the source of the bookmarks/any other way to automatically import bookmarks WITHOUT having a firefox account?

Thanks for your time/

I have solved the source of the bookmarks, thanks for time and help. It was from another browser probably issue with accounts on that one.

Thanks for that. I was about to suggest that the source wasn't your Firefox account. I'm glad it isn't malware.
