My FF seems to believe that I am running Windows 8, esp. when I try to use hide details (below), search & support, but I have been using Windows 11, 64-bit for some time and cannot figure out how to change this. Any suggestions on how to get FF to accept this? Thanks, Wolfgang

Your UserAgent in your Question Details > More system details on rights shows you appear to have the old Firefox 55.0 on Windows 8. The NT 6.2 is Windows 8

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0

Perhaps you have modified your UserAgent https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-reset-default-user-agent-firefox

Or you are running the old Firefox 55.0 in Windows 8 compatibility mode on Windows 11. https://www.guidingtech.com/top-ways-to-run-old-programs-in-compatibility-mode-on-windows-11/

Note it will show NT 10 in a useragent on Windows 11 as Win11 uses the same NT kernal as Win10.
