secure connection failed for Bing dot com

I seem to be unable to suddenly access Bing.com for some reason. I'm getting a Secure Connection Failed error. I thought it was a simple downtime but it isn't. I'm also not seeing a security certificate. Check down detectors and its just me. So what gives? It was fine yesterday. I pretty much checked everything. no proxy's or anything.

This is driving me crazy and also interrupting my work.

Thanks but I already read those and search all over the place before i posted a question here. I don't know what happened really. Its possibly a Microsoft issue as I am able to access them now. So thank you very much.
