403 Forbidden Erro when accessing a Bank Site
Dear Team, I am trying to logon to a NationalWestmeinster Banking App. I have cleared the cache, restarted Firefox in Troubleshoot mode , etc, etc,. Below is the error message I get but having tried troubleshoot mode this should disable the addons/extenstions, right? What else can I do? Thanks
Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

You need to provide screenshot error login and URL so others can replicate or verify what issue the site has or is a login issue.
I'm not sure what you mean by an 'app'. This forum deals with use of the Firefox browser. FWIW, below is the Mozilla page on the subject. Other results from a search indicate that the error should disappear in time.

- I have discovered that I can logon using Firefox from a MAC, but I cannot logon from a PC or my Windows laptop. I have also checked and I cannot logon from a Private Window.
The process goes as follows: - Screen 0 (not shown) - I enter the account code and user ID. - Screen 1 - I enter the code from the external device and 3 characters from my password - Screen 2 - I confirm my last logon - Screen 3 - I am blocked out
I am not sure I understand enough about what is going on here but would be grateful for further advice and troubleshooting steps.
