G'day,

After being abandoned by my ISP (and the problems this caused) I installed Thunderbird. Some month after this I raised an email account for my wife - so that I could do her entries to a sports club.

Now when I raise a business email to firms, the reply is sent to her account.

Could you advise me what if anything I've done wrong please?

It looks like your business account is sending through the smtp server associated with her account, so recipients see messages as if they were sent from her account. Set up separate smtp servers and make sure each account is sending on the smtp with a matching User Name.
