Why is there no option to change the global font within the browser? Why does it ignore my computer's 125% scaling? Unless I'm simply missing an option, this browser is horribly inaccessible and its honestly upsetting. Not everyone can function with a toolbar at 10 pt font. I can't, and I need a browser that cares enough to let me change it. I stopped using Firefox a nearly a decade ago as my vision became more of a barrier. When I decided to switch from Edge to a different browser, my partner recommended I try Firefox again. Still horrible.

I know there are some fancy workarounds I've seen people use, but the fact you don't have any native accessibility settings is ableist, as not all disabled users are also coders. Do better, Mozilla.

With Windows 10-11, Firefox uses the "Make everything bigger" zoom level from Windows as the starting point for global scaling. Firefox 103 started using the "Make text bigger" setting as a further zoom multiplier (Release Notes), but this can be disabled in the about:config preferences editor.

What are your settings for those two sliders?

Does your display have higher horizontal resolution than "full HD" (1920 pixels)?
