I have an email message that i need to send to my doctor though a portal. i tried coping and pasting but it is to many characters for the portal. How do i take a screen shot in Thunderbird or make it smaller , i can not delete any thing from the email, I want to send it to my desktop then to the doctor please let me know thanks

Does the portal allow uploading attachments? If so, you can click rightclick a message and select 'save as' to store on desktop and then attach for portal upload.
