You can just delete the device from your account. I hope you used the primary password option on those lost devices. Here ya go... https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/remove-synced-device-firefox-accounts

When you sign into sync on the new device the data should start to flow in as long as you have all the options checked. see screenshot
