There is always a trend with this issue... Can you post a similar screenshot? see screenshot How many tabs do you have open? How many add-ons? Laptop or Desktop? Do you have the same issue with Firefox in Safe Mode?

I have a RAM issue randomly with a few sites. Gmail is the worst. It is sometimes necessary to close the tab and, in gmail's case, open the site again in a different tab.

Try making Firefox unload inactive tabs sooner:
- Open about:config and lower the value for `browser.tabs.min_inactive_duration_before_unload` (it's in milliseconds, default - 600000ms=600s=10m)
- Make sure `browser.tabs.unloadOnLowMemory` is set to true
- You can also look into [Auto Tab Discard](https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/auto-tab-discard)

its more than this , like heres a short video of me just opening one tab which is github and doing nothing and it increasingly eating the ram until it reaches 5gb , like yesterday it kept doing this until firefox itself crashed once it ate up all the ram in the system . and this is slowing my entire pc.
Can you repeat it with page about:processes opened in the 2nd tab? Try to check what process is eating up resources.
