When I click to check for updates, it starts and the little wheel just goes around and around endlessly. This just started today; I've been able to check for updates every day without a problem. Is Firefox having a problem with checking updates?

Can anybody help me or answer, please? I have Firefox 16.0 and updating just goes on and on and on. Is there something I need to know about this?
