I have an email where some of the images are coming through as attachments.

I have an email that I need to print and take with me to collect an order. They want the QR code printing as part of the email but it's coming through as an attachment (actually two attachments), along with some of the other images, although the email does have some images showing in the email too. I did click the message about allowing remote content when it came through but still have a problem. Can anyone please help? Thanks in advance
