Can't upload documents to websites

I've downloaded the latest version of Firefox. I refreshed Firefox and I still can't upload files or documents to sites all. I'm using a PC.

It may be certain websites. I tested it on another job site and my document went perfect.

I went to a website. I clicked upload a document and when it attempted to upload a document what appeared in in the clip.
