I have not been able to access my Thunderbird account for the past couple of days. I keep getting this message - Login to server mail.office365.com with username craig@theworksdisplays.com failed. And, it does not accept any of the passwords:

Microsoft is moving away from password based authentication to OAuth2 for Exchange Online.

So first thing you may want to do would be to check the account settings and switch them to OAuth if needed (both for IMAP as well as SMTP server). Please advise if this solved your issue.
