Is this error message talking about the server or my settings?
Please see screen shot of error message. Is this talking about the server settings "out there" at webmasters, or is it about my settings in Thunderbird?

The error appears because the version of TLS applied by the server is lower than the version of TLS expected by TB with its default settings. If you can't get the server admins to upgrade their TLS software, you will have to change a TB setting so the obsolete TLS on the server is disregarded by TB.

Thank you! That's what I was hoping to hear.
Changed security.tls.version.min from 3 to 1. It works now.
