Can't send out emails

Hi, I get an error message every time I try to send an email. The message is in the text below. I only started to get this message since I've gotten a new laptop. I tried to turn off my firewall and virus protection, and I changed the ports to what the support says. It is still showing up with this error message. Can anyone help me fix this?

the error message says: Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail sever responded: (it says a long number/letters here and ".cpe.net.cable.rogers.com" with more numbers behind it)>:Client host rejected: Access denied. Please check the message recipient. (it says the email I'm trying to send it to) and try again

Check your Smtp server settings for Thunderbird outgoing email. Can you send me a picture of the error pop up.

Via Identities in Account Settings you can ensure that you can adjust the SMTP server per address.
