Cannot delete Folders
I am using Owl to access my Outlook.com E-Mail account. I have no local folders. I am unable to delete any folders I create under my XXXXX.outlook.com. In the lower left of the screen I get the following message "trachFolder is not defined". Yes, the spelling is correct. TRACH.
Any ideas

Hello
You are using owl is that a browser or intern Os?
The system cannot erase the folders you have on the pc?
The Trashcan is not defined. Is this the desktop we are talking about? Or a laptop. The local folders you must have to work with where are these folders?

Hello
The trashcan is not defined. The trash can is not present.
I am using Owl to access my Outlook.com E-Mail account.
Is this a corporate account where no POP, IMAP, and SMTP access is allowed? That would be the only reason to use Owl.
I have no local folders.
You should have a 'Local Folders' account, regardless of whether you use it or not.

I have no idea what a "trachFolder" is, but is does not sound like something created by Thunderbird. So it possibly is something which exists on the Exchange server. Try to login to your account via webmail and see if you can get rid of it.
Owl is an ADDIN offered thru Tbird for accessing outlook mail. This account was originally a corporate account that I took with me when I retired. I use the Owl addin to avoid the "stuff" that Microsoft seems to feel I cannot live without in their webmail. By logging into webmail I can delete the folders but for reason the next couple of times I open Tbird it opens a webmail window within Tbird. It stops after a couple of logins.
This gives me a work around but still does not solve the original problem. It may be with Owl.
Thanks
