Hello Mozilla Support Volunteers,

I went to this website:

https://www.ticketmaster.com/christmas-spectacular-starring-the-radio-city-new-york-new-york-11-11-2018/event/3C0054B70E9A1D6F?dma_id=345&camefrom=CFC_RADIOCITY_ROCKETTES

and received this message:

Pardon the Interruption As you were browsing something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen:

You're a power user moving through this website with super-human speed.
You've disabled JavaScript in your web browser
A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript is preventing JavaScript from running.

I am using SurfacePro 8 with Windows 11 using Mozilla VPN and DuckDuckGo as my search engine. I searched for Java Script in the Mozilla settings, but there is no reference to it. The message concerns me, what should I do? Is Ghostery and Noscript dangerous? How do I know I have either of them? Please help

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Ghostery and NoScript are extensions. You would know if you had installed them but you can check in Add-ons and Themes (ctl+shft+a). I think you would also know if you had disabled JavaScript as you would have to enter about:config. The preference is javascript.enabled. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-config-editor-firefox

Does this also happen if you disable the VPN as some pages may not like it ?
