When I load specific website. For example most recently homedepot.com while playing a YouTube video in the background I get a ton of sound interference. This sound interference only goes away if I restart the browser.

This only occurs in Firefox on Ubuntu. I tested out chrome on Ubuntu and didn't receive that error. and Firefox on MacOS and Windows 10 doesn't cause that error either.

Try downloading another copy of Firefox, run it from the folder and see if you have the same issue. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release
