I cannot get to INBOX. Currently Thunderbird is stuck on "Sent Mail" box. Underneath it is "Get Messages" but clicking on it does not bring up INBOX..Please Help!
Please tell me how to recover Inbox. Have used Thunderbird on other computers and never had this problem. Thunderbird is a couple months new to this NEW computer.
Even though I cannot access the Inbox on this computer, please send to ... @charter.net. That will come in to a second computer.

edited emails from public and search/spam bots view on this community forum. nobody here does support by email and you should get email notification upon replies in thread.

Hi I wonder whether your folder list is minimized somehow. It would normally show to the left of the email list. Your screen shot is too small to show the left hand folder bar or top tab and menu/toolbar. Can you upload a new screen shot showing the whole of the Thunderbird window? Thank you.
If you can open the menu try changing the View layout. Perhaps switching the view will help. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-change-thunderbird-layout
