Hi everyone,

so how can it be - password last modified date (September 30), but last used date - yesterday. can not figure this out, I mean, if it was modified few month ago how can it be its says we used it yersterday? i thught that possible explanation is if someone got back to this password after few months this case it was really used yersetrday, although modified back on September. would appreciate an explanation

Hey there!

Did you login with to a website using that password? If so, the last used date essentially tells you when you last used that password associated with the website.

thank you so much, ill explain the scenario: facebook password last modified on septeber 30, and until few days ago also the last used date was september 30, but since yesterday it shows that it was modified on september 30 and last used yesterday. im trying to understand if it means someone used it yesterday, us it possible it was modified on september but yesterday the owner changed it again to the same password? any other options?

Aaah! I see. So no. Let's say we have Person A (the master of the password) and Person B (the bad guy), even if Person B does somehow get your login details and uses it, when you got to about:logins and see your Facebook login details, it wouldn't mention when Person B used your login details. It will only state when YOU (Person A) uses when you're using a Firefox browser AND you're logged into your Firefox account.

Do you let Firefox auto-fill passwords as that might explain it (i.e you might have been on a page with a login form that could be using a Facebook login like a lot of websites offer) ?
