Microsoft "Family Safety" Blocks Firefox from running.

So, Since I discovered Firefox and because of Its advanced features, I went and downloaded Firefox but when It started to load It shows me the first Image below. I don't know what happened and since I'm the admin of my PC, I started to wonder why I had Family "Features" In the first place. Please Respond because I really wana try out firefox because I haven't given It a try.
