There is no such keyboard shortcut for moving the tab focus more than one position. You can only move one position (Ctrl+PgUp/PgDn) or with more effort (tab needs to be focused) to the start (Ctrl+Home) and end (Ctrl+End) via the keyboard.

Other moving options are only possible via the mouse (single/double/triple click the scroll buttons or rotate the mouse wheel).

Thx, this confirms what is known.

Coming back to the open question: If it does not exist, how could it be created?

Thank you!
