I migrated my calendar from Outlook to TB (v91.03 (64 Bit operating on win10 OS). E. verything is working fine. However there is a recurring event whose reminders I cannot get rid of despite using individual event 'Dismiss' command or "Dismiss All' command. It is an irritant as this notification keeps popping up when I am on video calls and obstructing the screen, Appreciate a solution that I can use. A big Thank You

Hi Matt, I forwarded the calendar invite from my Outlook calendar and accepted it in my TB calendar.

When you go to the calendar tab, are there any icons list beside the name of your "thunderbird" calendar?

What is the "location" shown in the properties of the calendar?

I am using the default location for TB email and calendar.

I also have this problem with my connected Google calendar.

Was using the now defunct google calendar interface with locally stored calendar, switched to network file using caldav when I discovered TB was not sending out my invitations as suggested in another support article. No icons next to the calendar. Location under properties is: https://apidata.googleusercontent.com/caldav/v2/[my-google-mail-address]%40gmail.com/events/

As the original poster stated, it is quite irritating. Any ideas on how to fix would be appreciated.

Sending invitations does not sound like anything to do with synchronization to me, or recurring reminders. I suggest you ask your own question as the information here, sparse as it is and unrelated to your issue, does not appear to have helped you with your problem.
