Firefox (Windows 10) saves passwords, but they are not listed in the settings and therefore I cannot delete them (update installed, restart etc. tested).

I assume you mean that the Lockwise (about:logins) isn't showing logins ?

Does the logins.json file contain any logins if you open the file in a Firefox tab for inspection ?

Can you use "Create New Login" to add the login manually ?

Thanks. I used use "Create New Login" to add the login manually, then deleted it, and it was gone :-)
