getUserMedia doesn't resolve once failed to get stream

Hi, I have an issue where getUserMedia doesn't resolve promise when camera is being used by different application.

When I do getUserMedia, it throws error once. If I try again getUserMedia, it never resolves promise. This is happening only few systems, not all. Firefox version is 89.

Can somebody help me fixing it.
