FF 86 blocks non standard port

This address uses a network port which is normally used for purposes other than Web browsing. Firefox has canceled the request for your protection.

I gather this feature has been there for sometime but I have not seen it before Ver 86. I frequently use non standard ports for IoT devices etc. I found some info on forums regarding installing a network.security.ports.banned.override entry in the config but this did not work. It also implies I have to list each port. I would prefer to unblock ALL ports.
