I have purchased a new pc. I used Firefox as my principle browser on my previous pc. In transferring data from my previous pc to this new pc none of my firefox favorites were transferred. I asked for help from microsoft and the technician tried to help. He asked for my firefox account password. I do not recall having one. His belief was that unless I had an account with Firefox I would not be able to restore those previously save bookmarks. Please advise as to whether that conclusion is correct.
