GUI issue (Tabs on webpage gets merged while using Big Screen Monitor)

We are using Application installed within our environment. Tabs on webpage works perfectly fine using Laptop. But while using Big Screen Separate Monitor we face lots of GUI issue in Firefox.

Please help.
