Website: https://snapdrop.net/

Problem: I cannot send and receive files on this site using the PC version of Firefox, even in private browsing mode. But firefox android client is working fine. This site claims that it uses WebRTC technology, so I guess that maybe Firefox is blocked my request for security reasons. And I also turn off ad-block addons, but it still not working.

It's a very simple and beautiful tool so it would be a great pity if you could not use it. So let's fix it!

I found this in the F12 tools.

What are your cookies settings? I recently had a problem using Google Drive and discovered that I was blocking a 3rd party cookie.

It is possible that (anti-virus) security software is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

Before I use this website, I already disabled Windows Defender and my PC has no anti-virus software except Windows Defender.

Maybe I should try install a new Firefox on another machine.

Update: I opened this site in a new Firefox and it works fine. I guessed that this might be due to the site and not Firefox, and I found this: https://github.com/RobinLinus/snapdrop/issues/194 . I'm not the only one experiencing this problem.
