Mnemonics (Alt shortcuts) not working in settings

Hi,

since the settings dialogs have been redesigned, none of the mnemonics seem to work, while still underlined characters are visible for all controls.

Is this a known issue? Has it been reported? If not, where and how could I report the issue?
