I have two email accounts set up and one stopped working.
I have two accounts set up and one just stopped working. I've checked all the setting, made some updates, but still does not work. I tried to set up the account from scratch, but the test fails to fine email settings. I'm able to send emails from the account, but cannot receive. I set the account up on my phone and it works fine. The account is for mail5.bigcommerce.com. Are there any reports of issues related to Bigcommerce?

Thanks for the reply. I read that info before I posted and checked everything. I have also opened a support ticket with my email provider.

My email mysteriously started working this morning. LOL! Appreciate the responses.
