Cannot open TB as password not accepted

I have used TB to read, file & send my gmail messages for over 20 years. The last big Windows 10 update was installed & since then I cannot connect TB to my gmail. I have tried every password I can find & every time it asks for a master password & does not allow connection. I have NOTHING in TB except my address books. All folders are missing. I am desperate & would appreciate any help. (I am currently having to use to gmail, which i hate). I live in South Africa & cannot find support for TB here.
