Webroot Filtering Extension icon doesn't show up on toolbar menu

Webroot Filtering Extension icon doesn't show up on the FF toolbar menu. There's a space where it would appear and when I hover on the space the display response states that it is active; but w/o the icon it is useless. I have to go into the "ADD-ONs" page and disable "Webroot Filtering Extension" and then re-enable the it to get the icon to display on the FF toolbar menu.
