Thunderbird dont work with mail.ibt.org.ru server

Hi. Server mail.ibt.org.ru uses self-signed certificate and Thunderbird asked before to accept it, but now not. when i try to post it just throws an error. the window asking about adding an exception does not appear. all settings are correct and work on another computer
