Problem printing articles from internet with FireFox browser

When I try to print articles from the internet I get the following message "An error occured while printing. I have a Brother printer and checking with their tech. dept. and they said the problem was not with them or my computer. The problem was with my browser. They came to that conclusion after they suggested I use another browser. I did that using Microsoft Explorer and the printer did print OK.
