What is your setting for View/Message Body As? If it's not Original HTML, embedded remote images aren't displayed. Also, do the images appear when you view the same messages on webmail? If they don't, they are being blocked by the mail provider before they reach TB.

Hello,

I have the original Html checked, and yes, the pictures appears in the body with an other mail browser.

I put some picture in this message

I notice the attachment is a 7z archive file, but somehow an image is displayed. TB will only display attached images such as jpg, png or bmp inline if View/Display Attachments Inline is checked. Text or html attachments can also be displayed inline if a preference is changed. I wonder if the sender misnamed the image file as a 7z file, which I think would automatically cause TB to block it.

There is an image, And a 7z file, and View/Display Attachments Inline is checked.

The trouble comes only from this person, the images are shown properly when they come from someone else.

i tried to re-instal TB, nothing changed.

I really don't understand.

anycase, thank you for your help.

The messages from that one person are probably composed with a program that fails to embed the correct content-type declaration, e.g. image/jpg (look at the source Ctrl+U), so TB can't display the images as usual. I believe this happens with some Apple mail apps.
