How do I downgrade from Thunderbird version 76 to version 71 or 68 on Windows 10? (Why? I accidentally updated, and a crucial addon is not compatible with any version after 71). I am happy with either 32-bit or 64-bit.

Uninstall TB 76 and install TB 68. Don't run TB from the last window of the installer. Windowskey+R, type thunderbird.exe -p --allow-downgrade When the Profile Manager appears, select your existing profile and see if TB starts with all data showing. This is not guaranteed, so report back if it doesn't work.
