Thunderbird worked fine yesterday and is now throwing me all sorts of errors (Like #5.5.1 and server is not an imap4 mail server)

Thunderbird worked fine yesterday and is now throwing all sorts of errors (Like #5.5.1 and mail server *sample* is not an imap4 mail server) and when I checked for updates it seemed to be somewhere around 45 but still doesn't work after updating to latest version. Could have sworn it was updated.

I have mozilla on another computer with all the same settings and no issues.

Behaves this way with and without vpn.

Try running in Windows safe mode and see if TB behaves differently.
